I think that it's partly an ability to express passion and certainty and partly an ability to
appear interested in other people (which makes them like you.)
Bill Clinton apparently answers any question he's asked on the campaign trail as if he is
really interested in the question. I've heard that in private he also appears interested in
the person he's speaking to. Princess Diana did the same.

I think Eights, Threes and possibly Twos have charisma. Sevens have charm.
