Physical charisma can be general, based on what a culture has determined to be desirable; pheromonal; or individual based on what we call "chemistry".

A functional definition of Charisma:

The quality and ability to attract and secure the devotion of large numbers of people, and good things into one's life.

Charismatic people often are those who make us feel better about ourselves; exhibit the same qualities that we have that are desirable, or the qualities that we would like to have as our own in greater measure.

All types can be charismatic, some more outgoingly, others more subtlely. The aggressive types (8,3,7) are probably more charismatic at average and unhealthy levels in my opinion. Probably due to the fact that our culture values extraversion more.
