:: I see some of it, but I'll play devil's advocate for a moment: ---------------------------------------- Please don't. Playing Devil's advocate is a trap for a 6. : : Also, if you act on your beliefs without questioning, and later find the beliefs were wrong, wouldn't that just discourage you from taking action in the future? ------------------------------------
That's one option. Another would be making a distinction and modifying your beliefs accordingly. Another would be not caring so much about making mistakes, as long as they're not critical or life threatening, and acting again with new learnings from your previous actions. Another would be to adopt a belief that inaction is worse than action, and keep moving foward. Another would be to decide to act first and question later. 6's often desire that they can be certain that their actions will be safe, risk-free, and assured that they won't be harmed by moving foward. Nice idea. The only problem is that that's all it is. 6's need to keep in motion, NO MATTER WHAT until they can balance their endless speculations and concerns, and questions with experience.
