Hi Bartholomew and other Enneagram Enthusiasts! I think the answer to that is Enneatype 9, atleast, outwardly they are the most relaxed socially. Do you agree? I think people who are relaxed and trusting, I am sure some of them are aware enough to know when it is time to set boundaries, which is used in place of putting up your guards. Balanced or healthy Trusting people have a good sense of boundaries, wouldn't you agree? What do you think? What type are you, Bartholomew? You are a fascinating person. Ha, ha, ha.

> The whole relaxation thing boils down to trust.
> If you trust yourself, then you don't "block off" any part of yourself from any other part. You use each part of yourself to its fullest, because you trust that doing so won't hurt you.
> If you trust your environment, then you don't block yourself off from your environment. Your stomach isn't tense, because you're not worried that someone's going to punch you there. All your muscles are relaxed, because you're not planning on having to run from anything or fight it. You don't have any emotional reservations because you trust that any bonds you form with other people are not going to be abused. You have no fear of anything.
> If and only if you fully trust both yourself and your environment, you are completely relaxed.

> As a result of this, the more relaxed someone is about other people, the easier they are to manipulate. Hypnotism springs to mind.
> What type do you think is most relaxed, in general?
