I think the writer thought that "It's not OK to..." motif was really keen, and he shoehorned it in to type 4, even though it's not true for 4s *text*

4s have problems with functionality and happiness, but they want those things. Dyslexic people WANT to be able to read. They don't have trouble reading because, at some level they think it's "not OK" to read.

Perceived OKness isn't the problem, in other words.
