I choose not to debate the statement of a man who is more than willing to explain to you what he meant by those words and will do a much better job at it then I ever can. ***Dr. Phil is as useful and meaningful to me as opra fatfry which is not at all. In a generalistic sense he is right, in a strict sense which I dont have time to define here he is wrong. I suppose in the context he may have stated it, that is has merit. > It isn't worth getting all worked up over as far as I am concerned. P, if you are looking for someone to have name calling "flame wars" style of debates with, I am not interested. When I was in high school, I could not understand why people like to crack jokes or play the dozen (whatever you call it), but I call it ridiculing each other and each othes families, especially the "your mama..." jokes and perhaps, instigating fights. I didn't understand that type of urban humor, even though at first, in the 9th grade I went alone with it because I wanted to make an effort to fit in and be their friend to keep the peace. I am an adult now, so I don't feel like I have to go alone with it if I don't want to, so I won't because it is unproductive chaos for me. Hey, if you enjoy calling me names and that makes you feel good, go right ahead, knock yourself out. I am not going to change who I am just for you to like me. I accept that you are just being yourself. ***This is a discussion about perceptions. Why drag out past issues? And avoid recognizing your role in deliberately provoking me in the past.
