Hello all
I've just discovered this page and was wondering if type can be determined by one's writings..ie. poetry. Below is an example of a piece I wrote a while ago (no plagiarism, please!) and my friends, all of whom are quite egram-literate, claim that my type is all over my writing. I'm not sure that I agree.
What do you think?
"The Dance Of Balance"
The night has come - the moon is rising
then stars are hidden by the sun
Why do we find it so surprising
when life encompasses each one?
Round and round they go
They make the circle whole
Round and round they dance in balance
Can you see the light and dark in symphony
moving through the dance of balance?
Unfolding life is full of changes
We walk a path of day and night
Each road we choose has consequences
whether in darkness or in light
Round and round we go
We struggle to be whole
Round and round we learn to balance
Can it be the light and dark inside you see
moving through the dance of balance?
Put courage to the test
and resolve to do your best
no matter where you are...
where you are....
There's something to be learned
from each road and every turn
no matter where you are...
where you are....
The winter's done - the season's turning
and spring is finally on its way
The seed is buried deep and growing
and soon will see the light of day
Round and round they go
They make the circle whole
Round and round they dance in balance
Can you see the light and dark in harmony
moving through the dance of balance
moving through the dance of balance.........McK
