Enneagram Main Board Archive May I Sing for You?Posted by Joshua Gulick on December 22, 1998 at 15:55:08: My name is Joshua Gulick. I have a voice that's almost similar to something entirely unlike President Clinton's voice. That aside, I am offering my vocal services to you. You ask, "What do I get for my hard-earned money?" For one dollar: You provide the lyrics, and I will sing your song as well as I can into the microphone on my computer. Then, I will e-mail it to the recipient of your choice along with a note from you. I will, of course, send a copy to you. This makes an excellent additional present for birthdays, every single holiday, or when your spouse is upset. Try it. It works! Don't make the lyrics five pages long, though. For five dollars: Almost the same as above, except that I will sing your song over the telephone at the time of your choosing to anyone in the United States. I will send you an e-mail confirmation when I've finished telling you how I thought it went, and I'll give you the comments that my performance elicited. Again, this service is great to use every day to lighten the mood of those around you, but is perfect for special occasions. It's better than any card anytime, anywhere. For fifteen dollars: I will sing your song on the telephone at the time of your choosing to anyone in the entire world! I will also send you an e-mail report of the call. Wouldn't you rather have some fellow that you didn't know singing a personal song to you than a card with a signature? Other people would, too. It's more memorable, quite affordable, and with the right lyrics, it can be hilariously fantastic.
