Kind of defeats the purpose of SELF-development, SELF-awareness, etc., no?

I've let a little of that go this time around and tried to answer more as a reflection of my real instincts rather than as a reflection of what values I thought should be reflected.

What I found to work the best is to first locate the triad you or someone else is in (ie.891, 234, 567) first. Then you've narrowed it down to 3 types. Each triad has a similar issue with different solutions. If you've a strong wing or active connecting points, it may take you awhile to find the one primary type, but that's an advantage because too often people over-isolate their types while forgetingthat there's movement between types.
