Yes, they both did Atkins. They both found the key was to eat a lot of vegetables and cheese in addition to meat; lots of people fail on Atkins because they only eat meat and they get sick and tired of it really fast. Atkins also sells a bunch of fake bread and pasta and crackers and stuff made with soy flour; it's rather pricey but some of it is not bad.
