Hi all,
It goes something like this...

First off, I'm a 34 year old female 5'8" tall 122 pounds with a great figure. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I'm sexy attractive.
"How does she do it?" I get asked on a weekly basis how I stay slim and look young for my age. The answers:
-go to the gym and do 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes weight lifting, legs and upper body. then do another 10 minutes on the bike followed up by 5 minutes of stretching and sit ups. Drink water continuosly through your work out. Drink a bottle of juice right after your work out. Do this 3 times a week for 4 months. Then take 4 months off. (4 months on 4 months off and repeat) Don't like working out, too bad it's got to be done. WALK WALK WALK. I lost most of my weight from walking.
-eat what you want during the day. DONT EAT AT NIGHT. Once again.. DON'T EAT AT NIGHT.
-pick a day of the week where you eat whatever you want whenever you want to, it speeds up you metabilism by confusing it. (it has to work harder)
-drink a bottle of water during the day or more if you can hack it.
-if you have to snack, eat mixed nut and fruit unsalted or sweetend. Chow down on them, they're good for you. Mix in some soy nuts and flax seed.
-eat a can of Millionaires Sardines twice a week. ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS ARE A MUST.
ENJOY ALL OF THIS
When it comes to your makeup, go ooooooh natural. Natural shades, clear lipgloss with a lip liner and and let you face look oily, don't friggin powder your face or use matte lipstick, it makes you look older. Take it from J-Lo.
Your hair, use products that will leave your hair looking shinny. The hair must always be shinny. If you have nice legs, wear skirts. Big thighs, wear short skirts. Big thighs in my opinion are very attractive and healthy looking. Get your colors done too. Don't wear the colors that are in season, wear the colors that suit you. Oh, and wear clean crisp white or dark black, you can't go wrong with either. One of my friends is overweight but damn she's sexy! She is so attractive and men love her. She is confident and keeps eye contact, very attractive because she loves herself. (she's another one who wears only natural looking makeup with shinny lips and hair)

MOST IMPORTANTLY, IF YOU FEEL GOOD AND HAVE CONFIDENCE, YOU LOOK GOOD NO MATTER WHAT.
