I am 1w2 but I do not relate to this at all. Sure, I may not be the world's best socializer but I would only judge poeple in this context if they were having an excessive frivolous time during their working hours when they were supposed to be getting paid for that. Out of hours, I think most 1's would not only respect the balance but that many of them would join in the fun, awkward as it may be (going to 7). I can't think of any type that would look down on people for having fun in their recreational time.
