what about SERIAL KILLERS of note???
are they 1s?.. 9s? (some like Jeffrey Dahmer would be 9s, killing for "company",cannibalism, etc)
I also know some pretty scary 3s who really get off on sick violence.
Bundy could've been a 3 I think..
any ideas anyone???
