It's kind of flattering for a 4 to hear that he seems like a 7. You meam I sound happy and bold, and not melancholy and self-doubting? Hmm.... Well, in Condon's book (The Enneagram Movie and Video Guide), it says that a 4w3 sometimes resembles a 7. And Naranjo says that 4sp's (self-preservation subtypes) are "not particularly sentimental" and seem like 1s - they are more harsh and self-controlled (in an attempt to live up to their standards - 4 moving up the line to 1). And in Helen Palmer's first book, in a study done on ten 4s (I think it was ten) to see how well their performance on other psychological tests could estimate their enneagram type, one of the 4s was estimated to be a 1 at first... likewise, one of the 7s (in a similar study) was also estimated to be a 1 (sounds unlikely, doesn't it?) Anyway, thanks for guessing, even if I think you're probably incorrect. You know only as much about me and Bibi and everyone else here only by what they write, and that's sometimes misleading.
