Right on Derf! The 9gram is being treated like astrology type are, superficial, fun, not seriously taken, etc. The 9gram as I see it is for
uncovering our personal "trances" or fixations and distortions of attention and consciosness, and the underlying drive or motivation that one is stuck on. That way true inner cahnge and growth can take place, and greater rapport and understanding with others can be found.
The type as it is expressed is variable and no "typing" can take into acount the nuances of personality as an individual expresses themselves ( as you and Becca have playfully shown, though I am impressed on how you managed to come up with so many sub-type groupings).
Hey Derf, who did you syudy with, and which author/work do you find most enlightening.
