> For quite a while I've been wondering about some of the stuff above wrt myself. To mention a few things:

> Chaos is a good description of what my room and my lecture notes look like, and to a certain extent my thought patterns - I am something of a free-associator, and my thoughts can get off-topic quite quickly. And I have an inability to stick to schedules that I set myself. I went and spent far too much money on an expensive PDA last summer, only to find that a certain minimum level of organisation is needed before they become useful...

> On the other hand, there's certain areas where I tend towards the other extreme. For example, when I'm at university, I tend to have exactly the same breakfast each day, day in, day out. With food and drink I tend to stick to my favourites. I like having a structured week - most of my social life is organised around the various clubs and societies that I am in, and it is nice to have a sense of regularity in my week.

> Other examples - Last summer, I worked as a lab technician, running routine experiments. With some of them, you had to prepare them, leave for 48 hours, take out of the oven and leave for another 24 hours, and then run the test. And so these could only be run on Tuesdays and Fridays, and there was a set number that you could get through on any given day. Some people disliked this, but having that routine gave me a greater sense of security.

> And I can sometimes have a real punctuality thing. At the start of my university life, when going to meetings of societies (often just gatherings in someone's room), I would set out early, arrive 2 or 3 minutes too early, wait for the given time - almost to the second - and then enter. I've mellowed a bit since then, though...

> Also, I very rarely miss lectures. You may call this concientousness (sp?), but there are a lot of other areas where I don't act like that, so I guess that it must be a routine thing...

> Anyway, I think that I've listed enough of my traits. The thing is, some are quite P, some are quite J, and some seem disturbingly 9w1-like. Is there any light to be shed on this matter?

> Peter (who tests as a 5w4 INTP, but scores quite high on 9, and the P isn't nearly as extreme as I, N and T)

Actually IXXP's are part judging since (depending on what model u use) they either take in information or process it with a judging fuction such as F or T
