5w4 or 9w1 What's the difference?

I scored about the same on Riso test...9 and 5 with strong 4 but very low on 8 and 7. Both 9 and 5 descriptions are accurate but a little extreme.

Anyone have a good feel for the similarities and differences of these points; and specifically, the 5w4 and 9w1 strategies?
