By that I mean emotionally significant material that we have overlooked,
rationalized, forgotten, etc. When it surfaces, current reality may feel
fraudulent, because the foundation is crumbling. It is easy to confuse that
circumstance as "I am a fraud" or "my life is a sham." I may be way off-base,
but often the impetus for truth is the intuitive sense that something is not
right. We pursue self discovery and, voila, we find messy truth. If this
obscure post applies to you, I caution against sharing refound memories on
a BBS. Establish a trusted relationship with a therapist and work on it
there.
And if I am way off base, mea culpa. So far you sound like a 3 with a
4 wing to me. ENFJ?
