Need more practical, less theory

We're getting way too mcuh "head" energy here. Too much theory. We need more real-life examples, practical advice, of how people use what they know of the e-gram to improve thier life.
Some theory is good, but too much, and I start to get restless, let's get some more action/implementation in here.
Any relationships (formal or informal) changing for the better as a result of new understanding?
