If you want to know how you can piss off a 3 I tell you this. > You must get other people to laught of the 3, laughter ,laughter, laughter... > That will make the 3 fear you. I have a new 3 supervisor at work. I hate the sob. He is 3w2 ISTJ. I've been taking the stress home with stomach tightness & nightmares about vampires & parasites.
He says do something - with no reason. Like I should obey like a blind little trooper. Just now he called a co-worker a worthless piece of trash with a smile on his face. Well he pushed me too far saying I need a doctors note for en ergonimic aid. I took what he said, laid its absurdity bare to his face and stormed out of his office in a rage. When comparative partners are on the same level in a hierarchy, they can coexist quite peacefully. Once one partner becomes superior to theother, they may have serious disagreements and conflicts.
