Only types which are respected & even then with some measure of independance! > Also, the best way to deal with Threes' indendiary comments is to realize that they are probably calculated to produce some sort of effortfulness in you ("worthless piece of trash" - *wink*), and that there's not much substance behind them. The Three, unless he has a good memory, will probably forget about it, or relegate it to the category of "tactic systems" - Plan A, or Plan B, or... Basically, you must accept that your dear Three boss is simply a bit short on empathic abilities. He not only dishes out vitriol with an agenda, but he probably lets a lot of things slide, too. Like, maybe your discontent, or that of your fellow workers. I'm not suggesting that you be a tool. But maybe you could play him at his own game - would an INTJ enjoy that, do you think? ;> In any case, just don't get your hopes up about his respectful or genial "side." At least not "offstage." That makes sense. The prior super. was a 2w1 who worked to age 70 & almost died from pnumonia.
