Gigi,

I have a college that is a typical 3. She is working hard and has no time for a talk. Sometimes she talks when she has a difficult personal thing on her hands. Then she is that open but after that she doesn't show her feelings. She can do 15 different thinks in a day. It is amazing. She has always a good relationship to her boss. Is doesn't matter what kind of boss? It can be an 8 or an 6. She has friends in the compagny who have the same position or better. Other college's are just college's. She had a difficult time when an project didn't got the succes she wanted. Her boss didn't give her compliments. She had a very hard time with this but she didn't talk about this at all. In the end she told her boss that she wanted an other project. When she got that other project it seems she was the next day herself again. It seems nothing had happened.
She is my best example of a 3.
