I feel I need to do a small "comeback" to give som advice here.
I am going around the world so i am pretty sure I will go
to germany (chaise, perceiver ?!!!!!!!), and amsterdam, and countries around, and of course italy.
So if anyone would want to meet me please let me know, that would be a lot of fun !

It's funny to see that my name still lives on.
Cecil I love you by the way, I love you all on this board, and that lefthanded girl I'm into
are too good for me (simple, and so uncomplicated).
I DO NOT recommend my way, as describribed above to deal with 3 supervisors
, that will not be benificial for anyone with a 3 boss.
Also try to admire the 3, and get that entusiastic look
in your eyes when the 3 are speaking instead of beeing critical.
The best thing as I know would be to use your own strong side to make the
3 "look good". Then the 3 would become dependent on you, and even if the
3 would take credit for mutch of what you would come up with, the "big
bosses" would see trought that, and you would probably with time get
more intresting things to do, and atleast a good "paper" when you quit.
When you are "useful" for the 3, the 3 would probably get more friendly with you.
Some 3-s "need" someone to pick on, do not let that person be you.
If "orders" or whatever strategy the 3 suggest for doing something seems
stupid...don't protest...Just think...I get's paid anyway, instead you could
manipulate the 3 (this is advanced), but by giving the 3 "input" you could predict the
"output". So you must just feed the 3 information that makes the 3 judge in a
way that suit's you.
One more thing.
The bosses of the 3 probably know how he are, but they consider him to be
"useful" ,and the right person for the job.
You know, routine hating ENTP-s cant be everywhere...:)
I once sat aside a (healthy) 3 at scool, and I said this rather stupid
comment to him about the material the teacher was going trough. Because he was used to me speaking things that the
teacher would love to hear, he said what I said to him out loud right after
, and class started to laught....:)
(it has to be said that I have "whispered half-smart things" to that 3 before,
that he took credit for. So that way I could express ideas and stuff I would
not claim ownership for.
A good work mate have just lost his job, and I don't want that to happen to you !
Why did he lost he's job ? because a situation occured, and he did what he did
to avoid feeling like a coward, even if that was not strategically the right
move. He said...If he hadn't done it, he would just have been a coward.
Would I have been a coward if I had backed off in hi's situation ? No...
Why, because I would not see it as important in any way to get the bad
person "convicted" in that case.
Think about that.....How you would feel as a coward (?), while an other person
doing the same thing would not, because nothing would be at stake.
By the way......If that person REALLY is an asshole and beat's his wife, and
everything, why don't you videotape it or something, get something...some info...
dirty stuff....Then the 3 can give you raise, and everything you ask for
if you don't get killed...:)
I also know this person that are ISTJ-P, and very 3 like, but I have
concluded 5w6. I cannot stand her, but I don't work with her.
