Get Michael Goldberg's "9 ways of working". He has many good examples of corporate cultures and business literature by type.

BTW, I have it on good word from those who work with him that Tony Robbins is an 8 with a highly 3 stage and business persona, and a 3ish organization. Maybe Johnny 5 can do a body evaluation and give us his view.
