"Understanding the Enneagram" (Riso) contains lists of recommendations for
each type which are pretty on-target. The latest edition of "Personality
Types" (Riso-Hudson) also has some interesting diagrams in the back
showing what obstacles each type has to deal with at each level, which if
you can make good use of it might provide a more tailored guide to self-
improvement.
