Bergin & Fitzerald has arranged workshops in Ireland. Look at this page:

And as far as I know, Karen Webb lives in England...so I would expect that she has something to offer in U.K.
Germany and France are also active enneagram countries, but the language may cause some problems.

If I were you, I would go to Dublin!
