There's no correlation nearly as strong as 90%, but at the other end, there are combinations which you'll probably get less than 1% of the time... e.g. ESFJ 5 or INFP 8... As 7's go, the prototype really is neither S nor N but more generally just EP... but the correlation to N is stronger than to S. Although one could make a fairly strong case for these being two different sub-types, or even types unto themselves I suppose.
