I don't think so...
Compare Tim Duncan and Pete Sampras = 9s
Michael Jordan = 3
Michael Jordan was driven to completely excel in a way that 9s never do. In high school he was cut from the team. In college he was a good player, but no one dreamed he would be the god of basketball, and in his first couple years as a pro, he was talked about a lot but no one put him at superstar level. Thus, he has constantly worked at improving himself and making himself into a superstar.
Compare this to Duncan and Sampras, who rely mostly on their incredible talent and do not come across as driven types at all.
3s can be nice guys and gals too, you know.

> Michael Jordan is obviously a 9. He's quiet and a nice guy I heard. He doesn't show off. He has a one wing which helps him maintain focus and order in his life. He goes golfing to relax his mind from all the hectic demands of his life. He also despises his fame...he wants privacy. One last evidence for 9...when he was on the Bulls he was known as the "peacemaker". Sometimes Rodman would cause trouble with a teammate and it was always Jordan who stepped in and resolved the situation. Not all athletes are 3's and 7's!
